The quarter-finals of the FIFA World Cup are just around the corner and we can’t wait to see who will qualify! We’ve made our predictions for the teams that we think will make it through to the semi-finals.
England: England have looked strong throughout the tournament so far and we think they’ll continue their good form in the quarter-finals. They’ll face Colombia, who they beat in their opening game, but we think England have what it takes to come out on top once again.
Brazil: Brazil have been one of the favourites to win the World Cup from the start and they’ve shown why in their performances so far. They’ll face Belgium in the quarter-finals, a team that has impressed us with their attacking play. However, we think Brazil’s experience will be enough to see them through to the next round.
France: France have looked like a well-oiled machine in their games so far and we expect them to continue this in the quarter-finals. They’ll be up against Uruguay, who are no pushovers, but we think France have what it takes to reach the semi-finals.
Argentina: Argentina struggled in their opening game against Iceland but they managed to turn things around and win convincingly against Nigeria. While there are always some surprises in store for any World Cup, we feel pretty confident about our predictions for the 20 teams that will qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
